The Services offered by RX-Promo LTD ("Biomint.org" or "we") include the  Biomint.org  website (the "Website"), and any other features, reports, or content offered from time to time by Biomint.org (collectively, the "Services").

1.General Conditions

2. Access and usage

2.3 You agree to notify Biomint.org immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your credit card details

2.5 If you violate this Agreement, we may issue you a warning about the violation, or we may choose to immediately terminate any and all accounts that you have established. By accepting this Agreement you acknowledge that Biomint.org is not required to provide you notice before terminating your account, but it may choose to do so.

3. Property Right

3.1 Except as provided herein, the downloading, retransmission or copying of material on this site is allowed for Users' own use only and no aggregation, redistribution, retransmission, or public redisplay by Users for commercial exploitation is allowed. Failure by User to abide by all copyright and other property notices or restrictions contained in the Services may result in the termination or suspension of access to the Services.

3.2 The Services contain content of Biomint.org ("Biomint.org Content"). Biomint.org Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other laws, and Biomint.org owns and retains all rights in the Biomint.org Content and the Services.

4.3 Biomint.org is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or players due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or on any of the Services or combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Users or to any person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading materials in connection with the Services.

4.4 Under no circumstances will Biomint.org be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from use of the Services, attendance at a Biomint.org event, from any content posted on or through the Services, or from the conduct of any Users of the Services, whether online or offline.

4.5 Biomint.org cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the Services.
